Bottom line, I’m not happy with it. I bought this mainly because I wanted front, rear, and cabin recording, but it just didn’t live up to what I expected. The cabin view is way too dark to be useful, and the rear camera gets blurry at night. The app was also frustrating to deal with, which didn’t help. For the price, I really expected much better.

I bought this from vantrue.us and overall the dash cam has been working fine for me. The front view is clear enough, and it does a good job capturing most of what’s happening on the road ahead.
The main thing I’m not totally happy with is the field of view. It says wide angle, but not sure how to explain it, I still feel like the sides don’t get picked up as much as I expected, especially around intersections or in parking lots.
It’s not a bad camera at all, just not quite what I was hoping for in terms of coverage. I’d still say it does the job, but I’d probably give it 3 stars because the side view could definitely be better.

It worked great for about the first year, but then it started freezing all the time. I tried to get help with a basic request, and it felt like it was just ignored, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I really liked it at first, but now it’s been more hassle than I expected.

I tried to get help with a warranty claim, but it basically went nowhere. And it’s not even about the issue itself as much as how hard it was to get any kind of response or support. I just felt like I was left hanging...

I feel like I paid way too much for this. I bought it after comparing a few options one night while I was sitting on the couch, and I figured the higher price meant it would feel a lot more polished. The camera is fine, but nothing about it really impressed me, and the app/settings are kind of clunky to mess with. For the price, I expected it to be easier to use and better quality overall. I just don’t feel like I got good value here.

It does help stop the battery from draining most of the time, but it cuts off a little sooner than I was expecting. Not bad, just not quite perfect imo

The dashcam itself showed up fine and works as expected, but trying to get the mount and an extra cable was kind of a hassle. They were out of stock for weeks, which got annoying after a while. Not a huge deal, but defintely frustrating

I was expecting the motion detection to catch obvious movement, especially cars passing right in front of it, but it missed way too much. It just doesn’t feel reliable enough for what I thought I was getting.

The camera itself seems fine so far — picture looks okay, nothing alarming there. But the manual kind of sent me in circles. I’d be following a step, then suddenly the menu on the camera didn’t match what the booklet said, and some of the wording felt like it had been translated twice and then guessed at. I ended up watching a couple videos just to figure out basic setup stuff, which felt unnecessary. Not a disaster, and once you get past that it’s usable, but the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be.

The camera itself works okay, so I’ll give it that, but wow, the screen is way harder to read than it should be. And the menu? it feels like I’m solving a puzzle every time I just want to change a basic setting. There are way too many clicks for simple stuff, and it got frustrating fast. I really expected it to be smoother and easier to use

Once again, the parking mode missed something while my car was parked. At this point I’m half convinced it only decides to stop recording right when something actually happens. I don’t know if it’s bad luck, a glitch, or the universe messing with me, but it’s getting frustrating...

I ordered the N4 Pro, but the camera that showed up was a different model. I figured mistakes happen, so I reached out to support expecting it to be sorted out quickly. Instead, it took way too long to get responses, and even after all that, there still wasn’t a real fix. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from here again.

I bought this for my car and the video quality is fine, but the audio is really disappointing. Voices come through muffled and kind of crackly, and once there’s road noise, it pretty much drowns everything out. I tried messing with the settings, but nothing really helped, haha. For the price, it’s frustrating

My car got bumped while parked and the impact detection didn’t go off at all. Nothing, literally nothing. I expected the G-sensor to catch something like that, so for parking protection it feels useless.

The cable was just too short, and trying to hide it neatly were annoying. It made the whole install feel messier than it should have been.

I expected better for the price. The mount cracked after about two weeks, which was frustrating. It looked fine at first, and then suddenly I noticed the crack, so yeah, not a great sign. It just feels a bit cheap overall, and I’m not really impressed.

the video Quality wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. At night it gets blurry, and license plates are Hard to make out, which is kinda disappointing.

The camera itself is totally fine, but wow, the app is an absolute disaster. It drops connection at the worst possible times, the menus feel like they were designed to confuse me personally, and downloading clips takes approximately 800 years. I wanted to like it, but most days I just give up using it on my phone before I throw the whole setup into the sun.

Setting up the hardwire kit was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I ended up bouncing between videos trying to figure out which fuse I was supposed to use. For something that’s sold with the dash cam, I really thought it would be a lot more straightforward.

Even after getting through all that, the camera still didn’t power on consistently every time. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was just frustrating and not really worth the time I put into it.
